Agreement

As a recipient of biological material described below, which was developed in the course of research carried out at the National Key Laboratory of Crop Genetic Improvement, Huazhong Agricultural University, China, agree to the following conditions:

作为华中农业大学作物遗传改良国家重点实验室在研究过程中产生的生物学材料的索取者，同意以下条款：

1)The material will be used for research purpose only.

所索取的材料仅被用于以科学研究为目的的活动中。

2)The material will not be used for commercial purposes.

所索取的材料不得用于任何商业目的。

3)The material will not be made available to any third party without prior written agreement from the providers.

未得到提供方的书面同意之前，不得以任何方式向任何第三方提供所索取的材料。

4)The recipient will acknowledge the original developers of the material in publications resulting from its use.

发表利用所索取材料获得的研究成果时，承认材料创建人的贡献。

5)It is understood that the mapped BAC clones were not experimentally validated.

明白定位在物理图谱上的BAC克隆没有作过实验验证。
